RESIDENTIAL
Northernair Pty Ltd understands the installation of your air conditioning system represents a sizeable investment and we strongly recommend the equipment be checked annually to maintain optimum performance and to assist in extending the life of your Air Conditioning System.
Our fully Qualified Service Technicians are available to provide you with a comprehensive system service covering wall splits to ducted air conditioning systems.
This is a small price to pay for your peace of mind.
An inefficient air conditioning system lacks performance, wastes power and ultimately your money.
Most manufacturers offer a 5 years part and labour warranty on their products, we recommend that our customers follow their terms and conditions and maintain the system annually.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
- Check and clean filters
- Check gas levels
- Check running pressures
- Check heating, cooling and all other functions are working properly
- Check all electrical components
- Check general condition of indoor and outdoor units
- Clean condenser coil and evaporator coil
- Check outdoor fan obstruction
- Repair any minor corrosion/rust
- Check running amperages of all electrical components

Our fully licensed Technicians are experienced in the repairs and servicing of all types of Air Conditioning Systems including reverse cycle, ducted air conditioning, inverter air conditioning and split system room air conditioners. Our service area covers Tweed Heads to Grafton and west to Tabulam.
